All domestic orders are shipped via UPS within the continental US. Shack Design Group often offers frees shipping on items. Free shipping only applies within the continental US and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories. A per-item shipping fee is quoted based on the weight of the order and destination. International orders are delivered to your choice of Miami-based freight forwarders. Fees vary depending on the product and choice of forwarder. Local customers may pickup orders at our Davie showroom only. Please contact us to arrange an alternate shipping method if desired. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will have to follow the procedures outlined in “Returning Merchandise” below. If the order has not been shipped then you will be able to cancel it, given that it is an in stock item.
Our in stock fans are shipped out within 24-48 hours. Special Order items generally ship within three to four weeks. Partial shipment of your order is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information. Stock status inquiries are typically responded to within 24 hours (except for orders placed on Sunday). Special orders can be cancelled within (24) hours of placing the order. Once the time period has expired, cancellations will not be accepted.
There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage. Some manufacturers may charge more depending on the individual products. Please contact us before returning any product.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. Damaged products arriving via Common Carrier must be signed for as damaged/refused at time of arrival. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages for all other products. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original freight, if any, will not be reimbursed. Our Cost of original shipment will be deducted from refund.
Refunds will be issued pending inspection and approval of the return. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within 2 billing cycles. Products that have been installed are non-returnable.
Items not in stock at our location when your order is placed are considered special order item and are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
If an item arrives in damaged condition caused by the carrier, NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY as we only have three (3) business days from the date of receipt to process your claim, and resend your items. Otherwise you may have to take your claim directly with the carrier.
Shack Design Group requires a signature on all packages shipped. A customer may request to have items delivered without a signature, in which case all liability is transferred to the customer. Customer will assume all responsibility for products left without a signature.
"Ships Today" Items
Orders for "Ships Today" fans must be placed by 2:00 pm EST in order to be processed in time for shipment, otherwise model will ship the following day. On some occasions you may select an accessory that may delay shipment. If this occurs you will be notified via email of the status of your order.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover through our online payment system. Please contact us if you desire to pay by other means offline. Once the order is placed, payment is received in full. If the item(s) ordered is not in stock, an order will be placed with the manufacturer, guaranteeing that you will receive the merchandise at the price you were quoted.
Sales tax will be charged on all orders that ship to any Florida address. All other states are tax free Shack Design Group shipping States.
Always inspect your merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If you have received damaged merchandise contact Shack Design Group. Most of the time fan motor problems can be solved by calling the manufacturer's technical support telephone number. If they cannot solve the problem Shack Design Group will replace the damaged or defective product. You have to contact Shack Design Group within 30 days from the date that the order was received. After this point there will be no refund or exchange. Before returning any merchandise please contact Shack Design Group for a Returned Goods Authorization number. Merchandise without an RGA number will be refused by Shack Design Group.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise has not been installed, you may return it at our discretion. The item must be over $50 in value, undamaged, unused, in their original packaging and must not be over thirty (30) days from date of shipment. Under these conditions please contact Shack Design Group for a Returned Goods Authorization Number.
When returning your merchandise please write the RGA number on THE SHIPPING LABEL (NOT DIRECTLY ON THE BOX), if no RGA Number is clearly marked on the Label the shipment will be refused. The product returned with a Shack Design Group RGA and upon inspection will be accepted for credit less a 50% restocking fee and outbound shipping fees (shipping charges on free shipping items will be calculated using published UPS rates). The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact with freight prepaid by the customer. A credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not the original product ordered or if the product has been used. For purchases made with a shackdesigngroup.com gift card, only store credit will be issued.
In the event that a product that is purchased on Shackdesigngroup.com is on backorder from the manufacturer, the customer will be informed immediately and have the option of waiting for the product or receiving a full refund. Shack Design Group will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience this may cause to our customers but cannot be responsible for bank fees, exchange rate fluctuations or charges, credit card fees, or penalties that the payment gateway may charge.
Canceling Your Order

If your item is not in stock it is considered a special order item. Special orders can be cancelled within (24) hours of placing the order.
